Smooth and comforting. The caramel from grandma’s flan, with just the right pinch of salt to wake up the palate. The first PICO without fruit, but just as real.
We make it with rice syrup, agave syrup, water and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Nothing else. Ingredients you recognise, in a gel you still feel like opening in the last hour of the ride.

How to take it
1 to 3 gels maximum every 60 minutes of exercise, with about 300 ml of water. As a guide, 2 or 3 are usually enough for a 2-hour ride.

FAQ
Why rice and agave syrup?
Rice syrup provides glucose-based carbohydrates and agave mostly fructose. It’s the combination race gels look for, made with kitchen ingredients.
And for a long event?
For an ultra of more than 5 hours, between 6 and 8 gels, switching flavours so you don’t tire of them.
Is it suitable for coeliacs and vegans?
Yes. All PICO gels are gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
How long do they keep?
Over a year from when we make them. The best-before date and batch number are printed on each sachet.
Do I need to be an elite athlete?
Not at all. They’re made for anyone who rides, runs in the mountains or hikes for hours.
